This lovely 1950 Matchless G80 500CC single cylinder motorbike has had a good quality restoration a few years ago. Well restored to original specification but with improved 1954 wheels which are similar but slightly wider for safety, recent mechanical work includes rebuilding the engine, magneto and generator.. This bike has recently been ridden several hundred km by it’s previous owner without any problems, cruises comfortable at around 85kph. The G80 was known as a strong ,reliable, sporty bike in the 50’s , reputedly a top speed well over 80mph! This is an excellent example, ready to use and enjoy.
