This lovely 1932 Desoto SC Six Sedan has had a ground up restoration around 8 yrs ago and has covered 4,000 miles since. The engine has been fully rebuilt, as has the gearbox, brakes and suspension. The paintwork, chrome, trim and engine compartment present extra well, it runs quietly and drives as it should. It has all its original features including desirable 18" wire wheels, sun visors, bumper bars and luggage rack, even it's original instruction manual. The Desoto was built by the Chrysler Corporation from 1928-1960 originally to compete with Nash, Studebaker and Oldsmobile. The 1932 SC Model Desoto is quite rare,(only a handful are known in Australia),it has a 6 cylinder 3465cc side valve "L" head engine with a 3 speed centre change gearbox with freewheeling option, "Floating Power" rubber engine mounts and 4 wheel hydraulic brakes.An extra good rally car with plenty of room and ample performance, great value.
