This great 1929 Austin 12/4 Tourer is an original unmolested example, it has had a sympathetic restoration around 30 yrs ago. This car was delivered new by the local agents, All British Motor House Limited in Franklin St, Adelaide in 1929 and has lived in the Fleurieu area all its life! Although this car was restored some time ago, it presents extra well, the hood, side curtains, trim (the excellent original upholstery is still in the rear!) chrome, wheels and tyres, and engine compartment all present well, the paintwork is older but still fine with lots of "patina". Fitted with it's original Holden body, 20" Sankey wheels,Lucas "Prince of Darkness" lights, Smiths instruments,vacum tank, magneto, Motometer and luggage rack. The 1929 Austin 12/4 has a 1861cc 4 cylinder side valve engine and a centre change 4 speed gearbox and good 4 wheel mechanical brakes.A lovely original vintage car, now ready for a new home.
