This charming 1924 Fiat 501 Tourer has been subject to an "older" restoration, it is a most genuine and original car, with local history from new. In the hands of it's last long term owner the engine and gearbox have been rebuilt, it has not been used much since, it runs and drives very well. The Fiat 501 was produced from 1919 until 1926, the engine is a 1460cc side valve 4 cylinder with a 4 speed right hand gear change, 1924 was the first year of the wide track model with mechanical 4 wheel brakes (a great improvement!),it has a lively performance and is lots of fun to drive. All it's original features survive including Jaeger speedometer, Marelli magneto and Sankey 19inch wheels. Showing plenty of "patina", this car can be used and enjoyed as is or easily improved.
