This great 1929 Essex Super 6 Tourer is a very original car, we believe only 3 family owners from new, it has been sympathetically restored a few years ago. The body is the "Supreme" model built by Smith and Wadington in Sydney. This car is complete and original having Parabeam headlights, Stewart Warner instruments, Klaxon horn and 20' wooden wheels wit 5 new white wall tyres. The paintwork, trim, hood and side curtains are in excellent order, the engine compartment is neat and tidy.The 1929 Essex Super 6 had the improved "Challenger" 6 cylinder engine with 55bhp, a 3 speed central change gearbox and good 4 wheel brakes. Mechanically this car is in wonderful condition, it has been maintained to the highest standard and drives as it would have when new.An excellent rally car with good 6 cylinder performance, 4 wheel brakes, well prepared and ready to use
