This lovely 1926 Clyno Tourer has had a ground up restoration, the paint, trim, hood & sidecurtains, wheels, tyres,and engine compartment etc etc are all in excellent shape, it runs and drives beautifully. The Clyno Engineering Company produced cars in Wolverhampton,UK from 1922-1929, in 1926 they were the third largest car producer in the UK, building around 360 cars each day! This 1926 Clyno has a Coventry Climax built Model F side valve 4 cylinder 1368cc engine and a 3 speed gearbox, mechanical 4 wheel brakes and 19 inch Sankey wheels, very pleasant to drive. Features include Lucas "Prince of Darkness" lights, lovely Smiths instruments, German Silver radiator and "Dead Easy" running board mounted tyre pump. Supplied with its original instruction manual and a photographic record of the comprehensive restoration, a mountain of spare parts are also included!The Clyno was renowned for it's reliability and economy, this is an excellent example.
